US Government covert behavioral engineering of Earth Humans

Project MKUltra was the code name of a U.S. government covert research operation experimenting in the behavioral engineering of humans (mind control) through the CIA's Scientific Intelligence Division. The program began in the early 1950s, was officially sanctioned in 1953, was reduced in scope in 1964, further curtailed in 1967 and "officially halted" in 1973.[1] The program engaged in many illegal activities;[2][3][4][5] in particular it used unwitting U.S. and Canadian citizens as its test subjects, which led to controversy regarding its legitimacy.[6][7][8][9] MKUltra involved the use of many methodologies to manipulate people's individual mental states and alter brain functions, including the surreptitious administration of drugs (especially LSD) and other chemicals, hypnosis, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, as well as various forms of torture.[10]

The scope of Project MKUltra was broad, with research undertaken at 80 institutions, including 44 colleges and universities, as well as hospitals, prisons and pharmaceutical companies.[11] The CIA operated through these institutions using front organizations, although sometimes top officials at these institutions were aware of the CIA's involvement.[12] MKUltra was allocated 6 percent of total CIA funds.[81f]  (per Wikipedia)

CANDY .. Mind jammed!

Candy Jones, originally known as Jessica Arline Wilcox (December 31, 1925 - January 18, 1990), was an American fashion model, writer and radio talk show hostess.
Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, she was raised and educated in Atlantic City, New Jersey.[1]
In the 1940s and 1950s she was a leading model and pin-up girl, and afterwards established a modeling school and wrote several books on modeling and fashion. In 1972, Jones married the popular radio show host Long John Nebel (he was her second husband), and became the co-host of his all-night talk-show on WMCA in New York City. The show dealt with paranormal, UFO, and conspiracy theory claims.
Controversially, Jones claimed to be a victim of the CIA mind-control program, Project MKULTRA, in the 1960.
Candy Jones.., according to Lee.., hot, hot , hot...  and mentally turned into jelly by MK Ultra along with Bob Hope.

Mojave Desert - Black
Projects And UFOs
By Jana M. Treece
City Editor - The Antelope Valley Press
EL MIRAGE - If you drive the vast maze of winding, dirt back roads of California's Mojave Desert long enough you'll either end up near a secret military test installation, or on a movie set, or both.
Near the abandoned movie locale lies a Cold War mystery, the Mojave Desert's secret radar ranges.
Driving about 30 miles east of downtown Palmdale, in this corner of the Mojave Desert, a large lake materializes miraculously in the desert.
A mirage? No. A lake, yes. It's the El Mirage dry lake bed, once the scene of battle between aliens and jet fighter aces in the blockbuster "Independence Day."

Giant Rock, Landers CA.

Giant Rock is a large freestanding boulder in the Mojave Desert near Landers, California, that covers 5,800 square feet (540 m2) of ground and is seven stories high.
Native Americans of the Joshua Tree, California, area consider it to be sacred. In the 1950s it was a gathering point for UFO believers. It is located on land which was at that time leased by George Van Tassel, a purported flying-saucer contactee and organizer of UFO conventions.[1] Van Tassel also built the nearby Integratron and a small airport in the vicinity, which he operated from 1947 to 1975. A single large room, which was subsequently filled in, was dug beneath the rock and resided in by a prospector named Frank Critzer during the 1930s and early 1940s. Critzer, a friend of Van Tassel's, perished in a self-detonated dynamite explosion in this room on July 24, 1942, while being investigated by local police.[2] Shortly after the turn of the 21st century, Giant Rock fractured in two, revealing an interior of white granite. The entire exterior surface of the rock is now reportedly covered in graffiti.[81F) (per wikipedia)

A still shot from a video sent to Lee Crisman regarding a UFO over a main street in Burbank, CA.  This one was sent, and reportedly shot by a father teaching a son how to use a new video camera...  Regardless, Mr. Crisman mostly dismissed this one as, more than likely "not real".

Iran Air Base and UFOs ..

Shahrokhi Air Force Base:

Location: In Hamadan, Iran. Description: In 1976, jets were dispatched from this base to pursue UFOs. The UFOs, which were spotted by the public, and the pilots (and subsequently confirmed by radar), outmaneuvered these jets. Every time the jets approached the crafts, their systems failed. The smaller of the two UFOs engaged one jet, causing it to break off the chase. The smaller UFO landed behind a hill while the larger "Mother Ship" dissappeared into the sky. Military Helicopters dispatched later to find the UFO that apprently landed reported no evidence of a landing.

Jan 10 1061 ... via NICAP

Jan. 10, 1961; Wichita Falls, Texas (not Kansas) (BBU)
9:18 p.m. CST. A round, bright, white light, with an amber-red color on its lower side was observed from a Beechcraft Debonair aircraft flying from Tulsa, Okla. to Abilene, Texas. The plane was approximately 15 miles from Wichita Falls on an outbound heading at an altitude of 6,500 feet and at a speed of 160 mph. Thinking the object was an aircraft in trouble, the pilot took up course of 268 degrees toward Benjamin, Texas, in pursuit of the object. At approximately 9:24 p.m., the object disappeared toward the ground near Benjamin. About 10 seconds later a red flash was seen on the ground. The aircraft continued toward a red glow at the point of the flash and at about 9:29 p.m. another red flash on the ground was observed. At a point about 4 1/2 miles from Benjamin, the aircraft flew directly over the area of the red glows. The two red glows were approximately 1/4 mile apart. The aircraft circled the area with its landing lights on in an attempt to guide men on the ground to the source of the glows. The aircraft ran low on fuel and the search was discontinued. Duration: Approx. 6 minutes in the air (Dan Wilson, McDonald list, NICAP UFOE, V]

Many reports of strange lights flashing around in sky. Some blinked and moved up and down. Portland Press Herald editorial, Feb. 9: "Mysterious objects 'lit up like a ball of fire and going fast' zoom over Portland. Unidentified shapes with green, yellow and red lights hover over Brunswick then dart away with 'unbelievable quickness.' Strange things are happening. . . The military had us just about convinced that no such objects existed. The only trouble was that many people -good, reliable observers - continued to see these things."

Americans Consider Government a Threat ! Doesn't sound promising...

Majority of U.S. Citizens consider the U.S. Govt a threat February 2, 2013 6:22 pm TheUnhivedMind Leave a Comment Poll reveals majority of Americans consider government a threat Fri Feb 1, 2013 2:43PM GMT Results of a recent survey suggest that more than half of the Americans consider the US government a threat to their personal rights and freedoms. According to a poll released by Pew Research on Thursday, 53 percent of the respondents cited their sense of threat and nearly three-quarters of Americans said they only sometimes or never trust the federal government to do the right thing. This is the first time that a majority of respondents have described the US government as a threat against their freedoms since Pew began polling on the question in 1995. The survey was conducted on 1,502 adults, who also identified their political affiliations in telephone interviews between January 9 and 13, 2013. Three-quarters of Conservative Republicans said the government was a threat during President Barack Obama’s time in office, which shows an increase from 62 percent in 2010. Democrats did not change their views much compared to the 2010 poll, with 38 percent considering the government a threat. Gun-owning family members are more likely to see the government as a threat, but the gap between them and those living in non-gun owner households has remained constant over the past three years. According to Pew, anger and frustration continue to spike among Liberal Democrats and more recently among Conservative Republicans. A recent Gallup survey also showed that Americans’ satisfaction with how things are going in their country has been low over the past seven years, with levels below the historical average.

UFOs Over Washington D.C.

Events of July 19–20 At 11:40 p.m. on Saturday, July 19, 1952, Edward Nugent, an air-traffic controller at Washington National Airport, spotted seven objects on his radar. The objects were located 15 miles (24 km) south-southwest of the city; no known aircraft were in the area and the objects were not following any established flight paths. Nugent's superior, Harry Barnes, a senior air-traffic controller at the airport, watched the objects on Nugent's radarscope. He later wrote:
"We knew immediately that a very strange situation existed . . . their movements were completely radical compared to those of ordinary aircraft."[1]
Barnes had two controllers check Nugent's radar; they found that it was working normally. Barnes then called National Airport's other radar center; the controller there, Howard Cocklin, told Barnes that he also had the objects on his radarscope. Furthermore, Cocklin said that by looking out of the control tower window he could see one of the objects:
"a bright orange light. I can't tell what's behind it."[2]
At this point, other objects appeared in all sectors of the radarscope; when they moved over the White House and the United States Capitol, Barnes called Andrews Air Force Base, located 10 miles from National Airport. Although Andrews reported that they had no unusual objects on their radar, an airman soon called the base's control tower to report the sighting of a strange object. Airman William Brady, who was in the tower, then saw an "object which appeared to be like an orange ball of fire, trailing a tail . . . [it was] unlike anything I had ever seen before." As Brady tried to alert the other personnel in the tower, the strange object "took off at an unbelievable speed." Meanwhile, another person in the National Airport control tower reported seeing "an orange disk about 3,000 feet altitude." On one of the airport's runways, S.C. Pierman, a Capital Airlines pilot, was waiting in the cockpit of his DC-4 for permission to take off. After spotting what he believed to be a meteor, he was told that the control tower's radar had picked up unknown objects closing in on his position. Pierman observed six objects — "white, tailless, fast-moving lights" — over a 14-minute period.[3] Pierman was in radio contact with Barnes during his sighting, and Barnes later related that "each sighting coincided with a pip we could see near his plane. When he reported that the light streaked off at a high speed, it disappeared on our scope."
At Andrews AFB, meanwhile, the control tower personnel were tracking on radar what some thought to be unknown objects, but others suspected, and in one instance were able to prove, were simply stars and meteors. However, Staff Sgt. Charles Davenport observed an orange-red light to the south; the light "would appear to stand still, then make an abrupt change in direction and altitude . . . this happened several times."[4] At one point both radar centers at National Airport and the radar at Andrews AFB were tracking an object hovering over a radio beacon. The object vanished in all three radar centers at the same time.[5] At 3 a.m., shortly before two jet fighters from Newcastle AFB in Delaware arrived over Washington, all of the objects vanished from the radar at National Airport. However, when the jets ran low on fuel and left, the objects returned, which convinced Barnes that "the UFOs were monitoring radio traffic and behaving accordingly." [6] The objects were last detected by radar at 5:30 a.m. Around sunrise, E.W. Chambers, a civilian radio engineer in Washington's suburbs, observed "five huge disks circling in a loose formation. They tilted upward and left on a steep ascent."  (per Wikipedia)

Sputnik.., Earth Versus the Flying Saucers.., UFO Researcher ..

Thomas Eddie Bullard was born in North Carolina in 1949 and developed an early interest in flying saucers thanks to Friday and Saturday nights at the movies, where he saw such classics as "Earth Versus the Flying Saucers". Sputnik inspired him to begin reading the newspapers and he no sooner started than the Levelland sightings piqued his curiosity. He began to read all the UFO publications he could find--Keyhoe's books, Dick Hall's "The UFO Evidence", Fate, Ray Palmer's Flying Saucers--and he eventually joined NICAP and APRO in the 1960s.

The Begining of a Typical Encounter ..

Encounter, March 22, 1973

730322 9:15 PM. GRAND TOWER, IL. Cl.

Oscar Wills, 57, was an operating engineer at the Central Illinois Public Service Company's power generating station on the Mississippi River at Grand Tower, illinois. He was on duty when another employee, Willis Hughes, a turbine operator, telephoned from his home in Grand Tower to ask Wills to check on something that was hovering over or near the station's 66,000-volt transformer yard.

Wills went out the north door of the power generating station and immediately saw an object approximately 1,500' high over the yard. He estimated the object's size at 25' in diameter (250 yards away). He described the object as a ring of lighted panels or windows with definite spacing between windows, each emitting pulsating light varying from a dark red-to-orange-to-white sequenced in a clockwise rotation like a theator marquee. The pulsations gave the impression the object was spinning clockwise, but the window separators remained stationary. Wills said the object was doughnut-shaped, or more like a wedding band, since only the lighted panels were visible.

Wills walked to within 150 yards of the transformer bank, viewing the object with great curiosity. Then he became a little apprehensive and decided to return to the Power Plant and ask two other employees on duty to come out to witness the phenomenon.

<>As he retraced his steps, the object which had been hovering directly over the transformer bank, started moving directly toward him, and passed over his head.

As the object darted noiselessly past the northwest corner of the building, he lost sight of it for a moment as the Plant building obstructed his viewing area. He walked rapidly around to the west side of the Plant, facing the Mississippi River, and noted the object was now hovering directly over the middle (No. 2) of the three water pumping station buildings. He walked up to the rarnp to the purnp station house and on to the sea wall protecting the Plant from the river. He was now again directly under the object. Wills said it would take a circular object 5' in diameter at arm's length to cover it at this point.
After watching for 7 to 8 minutes, the PA system called Wills back to the telephone within the Plant. It was Willis Hughes, who wanted to know what Oscar  ould see from his vantage point. Willis cut the conversation short so he and the other two men could go out to view the object.

The object was gone. In 25-30 minutes 3-4 jets made 8-10 sweeps of the area about 2-3 minutes apart. The arest base is is Scott at Bellville.

French Coin with UFO design ..

"It was made in the 1680s in France and the design on one side certainly looks like it could be a flying saucer in the clouds over the countryside," said Kenneth E. Bressett of Colorado Springs, Colorado, a former President of the 32,000-member American Numismatic Association and owner of the curious coin.

"Is it supposed to be a UFO of some sort, or a symbolic representation of the Biblical Ezekiel's wheel? After 50 years of searching, I've heard of only one other example of it, and nothing to explain the unusual design."

Brazil's Roswell ..

On 6 March 1982, spectators at a football match at the Morenão stadium in Campo Grande saw a cigar-shaped object with lights at each end flying overhead. At that time, Ademar José Gevaerd was teaching chemistry in Maringá, Paraná state. Convinced that the object was a flying saucer, and hearing of other sightings at the same time in Sao Paulo, Paraná, Argentina, Bolivia and Paraguay, he decided to undertake a deeper study of UFOs.[4] In 1985 he launched the magazine Ufologia Nacional & Internacional, which ceased publication in 1986. In 1988 he started UFO Magazine, still being published in 2010.[5] In 1986 he left his teaching job to devote himself full-time to UFOs.[1] The monthly UFO Magazine now has a circulation of 30,000. Gevaerd also runs the Brazilian Center for Flying Saucer Research, with 3,300 members.[6] While attending a conference in Las Vegas in 1992, he personally experienced what may have been a UFO while driving in the Nevada Desert in the USA, near the Area 51 military base.[88IF]
